Sales order

Open your existing company go to task menu and select the first option sales order and quote

Go to further and select sales order

After selecting you will get a window like that as shown in below

Here you will enter the sales order that you have to place to you vendor

In this window you have to enter the date description that what you have to purchase

And item and id and quantity and unit price it will automatically total the product amount

Sales Quote

Go to sales quote menu and select the quotes button you will get the window like that

Here you will enter the quotations of goods that you have to purchase same like with date, description item id and unit price and quantity

Also enter the customer purchase order number and quote number
